Choose a flight-length pack before your trip, then download episodes while connected to Wi-Fi. When each row shows the downloaded checkmark, the audio is stored on this device and can be played in airplane mode.
Restore a purchase
Open the app, go to「我的」, and tap「恢复购买」while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
A download or stream fails
Episode audio is served by the podcast publisher, so a publisher may move or remove a link. Check your network and try again. If it keeps failing, email us the episode title, your iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot. We will review the link.

Dopamine Tax Detox
Dopamine Tax Detox helps you pause before opening distracting apps. It uses small friction steps such as breathing, waiting, or writing down a reason before opening a target app.
Quick setup
- Open Dopamine Tax Detox and choose the apps you want to make harder to open.
- Follow the built-in Shortcuts setup guide.
- Create an iOS Shortcuts automation for each target app.
- When the target app opens, let the automation launch Dopamine Tax Detox first.
Troubleshooting
The pause screen does not appear: Open the Shortcuts app and confirm the automation is enabled and set to run immediately.
The wrong app is shown: Reopen Dopamine Tax Detox, check the controlled apps list, and update the matching Shortcut automation.
I want to stop using it: Disable or delete the automation in the Shortcuts app. You can also remove controlled apps in Dopamine Tax Detox.
